Malaches of pork

ORIGINAL:
Hewe pork al to pecys and medle it with ayren & chese igrated. Do therto powdour fort, safroun & pynes with salt. Make a crust in a trap; bake it well therinne, and serue it forth.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 lb (after trimming) Pork
- 5 oz. cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 cup pine nuts
- 1 tsp powder fort, or 1/4 tsp each pepper, cumin, ginger, and 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut pork into pieces.
- Grate cheese.
- Mix with remaining ingredients and put in pie shell.
- Bake at 375 deg. for 45 min.
