Malaches of pork

ORIGINAL: Hewe pork al to pecys and medle it with ayren & chese igrated. Do therto powdour fort, safroun & pynes with salt. Make a crust in a trap; bake it well therinne, and serue it forth.
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut pork into pieces.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Mix with remaining ingredients and put in pie shell.
  4. Bake at 375 deg. for 45 min.
