Champignons en pasté

ORIGINAL: Mushrooms of one night are the best, if they are small, red inside, and closed at the top; and they should be peeled and then washed in hot water and parboiled, and if you wish to put them in a pasty add oil, cheese, and spice powder.
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
  1. Clean and slice mushrooms.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Bake for 30-40 min. Cover with foil if necessary to keep cheese from browning too much
