ORIGINAL: Spynoches yfryed. Take spynoches; perboile hem in sežyng water. Take hem vp and presse out že water and hew hem in two. Frye hem in oile & do žerto powdour douce, & serue forth.
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
  1. Defrost spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. Cut up.
  2. Heat oil, add spinach and cook for a minute or two.
  3. Stir in spices and sugar.
